I am taking a moment out from getting my third installment ready for publication.
Whenever I get nervous just before publishing an ebook, I like to busy myself with cleaning or baking.
I found the coolest recipe EVER for people with diet sensitivities.
Cauli Bread – bread made from cauliflower! It really worked and I had a little chicken sandwich, with bread made from cauliflower!
Right now, in my freezer, I’m making Pumpkin Fudge. I have no idea how it will turn out, but that is not the point.
In the oven right now, my basic macaroons with a splash of xylitol syrup. Ever since almonds were determined to be intolerant to my system, I haven’t had much luck with baked goods.
But, I was excited to see coconut milk eggnog again this year! Bring on the holidays!
Well, I hope you had the opportunity to start the series. In the next few days I will publish the final installment of Desert Town Angels. (There are TWO Christmas moments!)
Wish me luck with the Pumpkin Fudge!
By the way, if anyone’s had the chance to read any of my other novels, I would love to know what you think! Enjoy Christmas with Evan and Ashley from “The Beauty at the Bus Stop.” (If I can’t eat iced sugar cookies, I will make sure my characters are not denied!)
Merry Christmas! Season’s Greetings! Happy Hanukkah!
